Beautiful truck. Two things I've learned in the ~1 month I've had mine: 1. No pic does these trucks justice. They're just too awesome in person. 2. If you get the G/T package (or upgrade the exhaust), you can scare Tesla drivers.

@RamCares: New Super Bowl ad idea - show the tracker and then freeze for the next seven minutes (one minute per month of waiting after placing orders) and then show the new truck being towed on a flat bed less than 24 hours after being purchased from the dealer. You can use these if you want:

Update: The ground wire for the battery was loose. Apparently this has been a problem on other 2023s. Maybe Ram dealerships should start adding “check the battery ground wire” to their pre-delivery inspection…. Anyways, back in business! It does say something about these trucks that after...

They said they think it’s a ground issue somewhere. No ETA on when they’ll be done. What horsesh!t.

The sales folks are great. Service is getting 0/0 if this isn’t figured out ASAP, but I haven’t rated anyone yet.

That’s TBD my man. Had to get it towed this morning.

I called the sales people and told them the service stuff is unacceptable and they need to get the service people to prioritize it. I just bought this, and I expect someone to look at it now - not at 5pm. That pisses me off more than anything.

But a full day? Give me the battery and I’ll replace it in 10 minutes.

I think that’s because the driver didn’t close the door all the way.

Service desk person thinks it’s a battery. No loaners available, but they need “a full day” to check the battery. What a mess.

I will be ecstatic if that’s all it is. I had a Nissan several years ago that had all kinds of electrical issues and would constantly shut if all electrics while I was driving. Dealer could never replicate the problem so I got rid of it.

The App says there’s an airbag system failure 🤷‍♂️

Yeah - the lights/warnings went nuts and then shut down

Nope - I can get the electronics on, but nothing else.

So much for that. I was driving it this morning and the truck just shut off and won’t turn back on. Getting it towed. Still has temporary tags on it. Heck of an advertisement for Ram!
