Are you thinking that the upper and lower light strips are the DRL’s? If so, they aren’t, those are signature lights and are always on whenever the truck is running. The DRL’s are the low beam headlight bulbs. To turn the signature lighting off, you’ll have to use alfaobd or JScan.
