We wanted rubber and not molded plastic in case we took the truck off-road. I’ve read about people ripping the molded ones off when off-road where the rubber ones are more pliable. Pretty sure these are what I went with, but it’s been more than five years since I bought them…...
We went with the Mopar rubber mud flaps, but it really depends on how you use your truck and the look you’re going for. It also makes a difference whether or not you have fender flares.
TLA’s (Three Letter Acronyms) have been a part of my life for over 40 years. Probably because I worked with or for government agencies since I was 20. 🤷♂️
Yeah I get that lol. Who wants some guy in a Tundra laughing at your one fog light. We just leave the fogs on all the time on the 2020 Limited. Interestingly we can’t do that in the Audi because it defaults to fog lights off every time the car is started. So there’s probably some guy in a...
Or you could just drive around with your fogs on when the headlights are on. Your cornering lights will always be on and you don't have to worry about what other people think anymore. ;)
Abbreviations and acronyms are just a part of life. I'd expect anyone who's been around as long as you have would know that. Regardless, you can find the meaning of most acronyms and abbreviations by doing an internet search, as you mentioned. If that fails you can always just ask. I can't...
This thread has become obsolete now that what was going to be the REV has been cancelled and what was known as the Ramcharger is being called the Ram 1500 REV.

BAM has them listed, but it’s saying it’s only for the right side. Not sure if there’s a left and right since I’ve never seen one in person…

Thanks for the feedback on your 2022. It seems I was a little too quick back then to accept that it was as expected. I had a 2021 etorque Hemi at the time and I was glad mine didn’t behave that way even though I disabled stop/start lol.
Below is the thread I was referring to in my previous post. Maybe I put too much stock into what people were saying in that thread about a redesign, but I stopped following that issue since it wasn't applicable to me. It would be helpful if anyone who has a 2022 thru 2024 Hemi etorque would...
Thanks for the pics. When you say “same coolant” are you referring to the type of coolant or the two systems share the same coolant supply? I’m assuming the former and not the latter.
That’s good to know about. I’ve owned several turbocharged vehicles but none of them hade a liquid to air intercooler. I don’t really know anything about them. Am I correct in assuming that the intercooler coolant system is separate from the engine coolant system?
What model years were the other trucks you've driven with stop/start? I ask this because they redesigned the system for model year 2022 and up. I remember reading a thread from a couple years ago that talks about this behavior where it shuts the engine down before coming to a complete stop...
That’s fine, you can disagree. I’m going on my experiences with the Pathfinder I mentioned in my earlier post, which was doing the exact same thing as the OP’s truck with the Hurricane. I have zero experience with the new platform. But the OP hasn’t said anything about it ever dropping below...
If you value your power train warranty I’d stick with the recommended oil viscosity for your engine. It tells you on the oil cap and also in the owner’s manual. Deviating from that can potentially cost you if there is a warranty issue with your engine.
