I discovered mine was related to the park brake. If I only lightly put my foot on the brake when starting, it didn't make the pop noise. I turned the auto park brake off in Uconnect.

Ordered and Unlocked one from HP Tuners and shelved the original. FYI when you disconnet the battery. Your Uconnect may(will) come up stupid (options missing). Don't panic, just give it a few hours to figure everything back out.

I have the Ram Airflow and the Mish catch can. The catch can does not interface with the CAI. No issue at all.
