you didn't mention the leds in your first post. it is the leds. I have the same issue with my 22 these trucks do not like leds unless they are factory, or you add some kind of blocker.

there was a thread somewhere here that mentioned parking near things that interfere with the fob

if your tstat is not opening until 221 you might have another issue
