I de-badged my 3500 Laramie Cummins when I had it before my 1500 Limited. Too much clutter for me. Then, I took some of the badging and re-badged it spread out on the doors. I liked the look!

I don’t think any new owner would complain about having a USB power point there. Nice fix!

I find you have to keep them clean and well greased up or they get stiff as hell.. They catch a lot of road debris like water, mud and snow being in line behind the rear tire.

I have the Ram box extender which also acts as a box divider. Sitting in my basement of course. But I simply cut a 2x6 and slide it down into the slot provided on each side. I use it to hold my sandbags from sliding around in winter.

Then I’d have 2 things to clean. It’s a truck. I ride in the front and haul stuff in the box. No need for cushy carpet back there. But that’s just how I role.

When I look into the box of my truck and see what my Line-X coating looks like just from dust gravel roads and periodic water from rain or the car wash that gets in even with a cover, I’d cry if I had a bed rug. For me, it’s way easier to clean out periodically with a broom and my pressure...
