I did the same swap using the same model muffler. I still have my resonators on, but did install 5” tips. I’m thinking about removing the resonators, but afraid of drone, as is I have very little drone, just a nice sound.

I did a muffler only swap. Borla 40353 muffler. Sounds great, $100 on Amazon & muffler shop welded in. I would put the sound level between touring & S-type.

I can’t agree more!!!! I added the borla proXS 40353 muffler only and 5” tips. Nice deep sound.

Definitely Bora!! Staggered sounds like it makes sense. Don’t want a crazy poke, just enough to know it’s not stock and have a good stance. My biggest issue holding me back is cutting the studs….really don’t want to do that.

Thank you cskindt. I heard some have to cut studs and some don’t. Hoping to not have to cut them. I’ll have to pull a wheel and measure. Only decision is 3/4” or 1”. I don’t have factory flares so maybe 3/4” will give a good stance.

I’m thinking about 3/4” front and rear or possibly 1” front and rear. Do you have any pics to help me? Also did you have cut studs? I have stock 2019 Big Horn wheels. I never ran spacer’s, any maintenance required or worries I should think about?

Looking to get my standard mirror lights to be on all the time or at least when the lights are on. I have a Tazer DT and have my DRL set to the turns….now need the mirrors to match. Anyone know the best easiest way to make this happen?

Tazer DT purchased & installed. Small learning curve, but changes are working. Can’t see a way to lock out MDS, guessing gear up/down is. My only way. Loving the Tazer so far!

You make a good point on the flares. I don’t have them either. Silver billet, what “look” are you going for?

I’m starting to lean towards 1” or 1-1/4” rather than 3/4”. My local shop is thinking 3/4 would be best to keep them flush. I may want just a little poke.

Lenzotik I’m in the same boat. Looking to do 3/4” from and rear, but don’t want to cut the studs. Thought about 1” or more, but don’t want that much poke. If anyone has 3/4” or 1” pics please share. Any idea how hard it will be to cut the studs?

I’m looking to make my turns as DRL. And possibly lock out MDS as it sounds like crap with my Borla exhaust. Is there anyone local, York PA that has the tools and would be willing to do this?

Bay Area Ram - what did you end up doing? I’m in the same boat, thinking about 1/2” spacers to help the look.

Falken A/T3W is my vote. Had them on my last to Ram’s. Great in the wet, great when dry, low noise, lost 1-2 mpg but worth it in my opinion!
