Anyone running GM wheels on their Ram? Any pics to share?

Uh, aren't ours typically 19? So by my math, about 5/16"?

Anyone running GM wheels on their Ram? Any pics to share?

I also asked this question awhile back. It's going to take someone going on a GM forum and getting the offset numbers. I've been too lazy, but it does significantly open up the craigslist/facebook marketplace used selection. I wonder if the Hollander book or Discount Tire etc would have OEM...

New Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT's on my Longhorn.

Wow, what a weight difference! I also look for weight, but I've never seen this spread much before. We may complain of trailer sway, but of course the SL tire is rated for 5300+lbs on the rear axle, when the axle itself is rated at 4100lbs. At full axle load, the tire is not affected at all by...

Travel trailer towing with a half ton

Not trying to knock on you, but you stopped in the wrong spot on the scales, and didn't get enough info on trailer and rear axle weights. If you do try again, watch where you stop and look for the joints in the scale and get an axle in each section. Just an FYI so other people may take note of this.

Also check down stairs in the 4th gen sub forums. HSKR's answer is still correct, just check for any 4th gen nuances.

What did you do to your Ram today???

You'd think some very savvy header co' would've had this going years ago for all the warped and cracked Ram and Chevy crap out there. Coulda been cleanin' up.

Please post your Tire and Loading sticker

The PSI is also tire dependent, which changes with trim and even years, so that obviously is what those tires on that GVWR vehicle require. OEM works in conjunction with tire mfrs to determine the proper PSI, just ask Firestone! You ought to see the Rebel and TRX PSI. I go lower than my sticker...

    RAM app no remote start

This probably doesn't help with your question, but I got it negotiated into the new car price for free, so when it came in, it just went to the service dept. Yes, they are OEM, and the mechanic didn't know if the receiver would be present or not, especially on a tradesman, but it was, so it was...

What did you do to your Ram today???

Aren’t the mopar a arms like $48? Was labor and ball joint less than that?

    Towing capacity confusion???

Probably! 😄 In fairness, I did use the website from FCA and got very accurate listing for my VIN, so it worked at some point in the past. Might it be connected to the 2025 Build site not working today either?

What did you do to your Ram today???

That price seems average to me - 6hrs@$150 + $parts. Out of warranty, I have no need of the dealer.

What did you do to your Ram today???

Last year looking they had the territory in rebel size. Do they not make it now? Was hoping to get those since they are so much lighter.

    RAM app no remote start

I ordered a tradesman, no remote start option from factory. When it arrived, simply bought the fobs and turned it on in the computer.

    Greene Racing v.s. HemiFever

I feel this really should have been a complete one shop dyno tuned cam and tune install. You don't hear problems like this with Hennessey type places. Might be hard to find a shop everywhere in the country, but they are around. Might have been a real inconvenience and drive, so I understand the...

What did you do to your Ram today???

Which is why I have speed on my middle display all the time anyways. Can't stand the small numbers and many, many lines on the right dial speedo.

What did you do to your Ram today???

You don't need to swap out the brakes, just throw away the assembly line holding screw and put never seize on the hub face and diameter. You wouldn't believe this, but on other forums, people argue that you must put a screw back in the rotor at every brake job, even agonizing where to get it...

    3.21 vs 3.92 towing question

Interesting. My GMC bumpstops were on the framerail, and if I remember correctly, the Ram is welded to the inside of the rail? Might be a good explanation for that problem. I've never seen it on this site, and it's drastically bigger than the other. Timbrens are harder than the softest Sumos...
