Most cars have the wheel speed sensor in the hub, and some designs lose sensor capability if the bearings loosen. After a dozen gm, I generally wait for this service light to know when it is getting loose enough to change. I’ve done 4th gens as well, but you should definitely trace this down to...
If you accept 20's, the majority of 275/60/20 will be C range, i.e. a better ride than E range. There are only a very few C range in the 18, as you have found out. The E range also hits the mpg a bit.
What is the goal? Comfort? Then almost all of the 60 series are either SL, P, or C range for comfort. Why do you want XL - towing? then D+ is gonna ride stiffer. XL may ride about the same as C.
Wolfstorm. Find a thread of rear bumpers around here. Not completely welded yet, just dry fitted at the moment. Low budget. Steel replacement of plastic OEM.
I parked today. I park next to this one regularly. My tradesman came with a rear camera by law, but this one hasn’t ever looked owt for the parking lines.
Just to close this out, my truck got delivered to my work today, because they really wanted the rental car back. 48V battery changed and 13.5V on the dash, a week earlier than predicted. All good for now.
The tire width is not the problem, and it is far enough "up under" the bumper, etc to be concealed and protected. Only the diameter is questionable. Check other threads for max tire diameter.
Just as an aside, I got a new Compass for the warranty part wait, and when turning a corner, it also takes about 2 seconds to find a gear. It is obviously an EPA thing, trying to be in too high a gear for mpg, yet you put your foot down to accelerate from the corner like your an older driver of...
Called on it.
FCA suggested a 48V battery pack, out of service 5/20, ETA 6/27.
Been looking at new trucks, I'd go Ram again with a healthy trade in and Mark Dodge discount for a low trim I6.
Did you go back and tell the idiot?
I once had to show a dealer tech how to put oil cooler lines back in the holding mounts. The service mngr gave me crap sayin it was good enough for a 3 month old truck warranty repair. I had to explain to him that an owner that builds racecars outranks a...
