So to be honest, took a little work to get them to balance right. Ended up having to get them Road force balanced. And with the E rated tire they ride a little stiff compared to factory, but no where near bad. They rub slightly in reverse with full lock, but nothing to be worried about and...
I would have them recheck your exhaust manifolds. I won’t even pretend to be a mechanic, but mine was very similar. Took to a private mechanic (not the dealer/they couldn’t “repeat” the symptoms) and they discovered the passenger side exhaust manifold was cracked. Replaced them both and all...
I think I had to order the Rebel kit to get the HD springs. Didn’t change overall numbers for me since my truck has the ORG. (Same factory height as the Rebel). Supposed to maintain 1-1.25” lift under 500 lbs constant load. May alleviate your need for a spacer.
Did you put carli’s HD springs in the rear? I’ve had the commuter series with HD springs on order for about 8 weeks now. Apparently serious supply chain issues with Fox 🤷🏻♂️
Did you ever end up upgrading your tires? I have 285/65/R20 BFG KO2’s and am about to add the Carli Commuter series (about 2-2.5” over stock)(1.5” over my ORG) and was leaning towards these UCA’s but was concerned about fitment with the stock wheels.
Any update on your issue? I recently had a shop out in balance beads after they a difficult time balancing with traditional weights. So far not impressed…
I’ve posted to a few other forums with similar inquiries. I can confidently say 285/65/R20 BFG KO2’s will fit without issue on a stock Laramie ORP without air suspension. Not sure about anything bigger.
I ordered (no ship date yet) the Carli Commuter with the HD coils. Would put me 2-2.5” over stock front (1-1.5 over ORP) and about 1-1.25 rear under constant load of about 500lbs. I have a decked drawer system and topper with tools, recovery gear, etc. kit is a little on the pricier side but...
Correct, suspension right now is fully stock ORP (1” above stock ram height). I haven’t experienced any rubbing at all so far, but haven’t had a chance to go full lock yet as I just picked it up this afternoon. (Zero rubbing full lock with the 275/65/R20’s I just took off). I’ll do some...
