I have replaced all the senders in my truck in the past year. First 2 were oem, broadcasting on 433Mhz, the second pair was chinese knock offs.
All took several miles of driving before being picked up, no programming necessary.
High power AM transmitter comes to mind. Could be bleed over from a ham station.
I had one in our neighborhood, could hear him through my desktop speakers.
Pretty sure alfa OBD has the ability to pump down the bags without dumping all the gas. What are your plans for recharging the vented nitrogen?
Asking because I feel that this coming up for me in the not so distant future.
I would turn it till it did not turn any more, backing out the adjuster all the way. Your drums have most likely worn down quite a bit creating a shoulder that is hanging up on the shoes.
Just to clarify, do the drums move in and out at all or are they stuck to the axle? If stuck to the axle...
75-90 for the 3.21, 75-140 for the 3.92 according to my owners manual, does not differentiate between locker and non locker, only adds the friction modifier for the anti spin.

This is on the 8.4 display. The 12 inch is little different.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the upper center bezel tray liner, remove the two screws.
Firmly grasp the sides of the instrument panel center bezel by hand, disengage the retainer clips that secure the instrument...
Could be a mechanical problem with the drive system or maybe it has been installed incorrectly. Can you compare it with an other truck on the dealer lot?
