wow...you ARE green! The software, security gateway module, etc are ALL Aftermarket, ( Aftermarket: anything not OEM)..... It would have taken FCA a nano-second in developement to add an adjustment for the steering wheel, to the Interface screen....but they must have figured on guys...
are you for real? excuse me...This forum is FULL of complaints...you new here? I CAN complain about a shortcoming by the factory, and I might add...it's the complaining that gets manufacturers to make changes! Back in the day, guys like you would say, " what are you complaining about there...
same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Truck was completely normal one day...very next morning, went to start it, electrical systems went haywire for a few seconds, then dead. Checked battery with meter...7-8 v's!! Off to NAPA for new battery...everything went right back to normal. Even...
I got a chuckle out of SD Rebel's review of the OEM Nav....have to agree, it is a joke. So freakin clunky to use, for instance....say you are close enough to your destination that you don't need the guidance anymore, instead of just being able to "X" out of it...you have to do a drop down box to...

sorry to hear that, but if you were found "at fault" it is what it is. You could have appealed it maybe. But I can tell you, when I was an independant appraiser, before joining the staff at Ply Rock, I wrote for many diff ins co's, and so i got to see how they treated their customers from...
I retired from Plymouth Rock Insurance last year before I moved from Mass to Colorado. Ply Rock was one of only 2 companies I was willing to work for because they weren't like other companies trying to screw their customers....we treated customers REALLY good...the other company I would have...
