This along with other features they advertised and sold, and we paid for… but have not been delivered. Auto park was advertised last year and in fact was part of the build guides until early this year. The 360 surround cameras for trailers is the same. The SPAAK is not an isolated incident.

Totally agree with this. How they continue to advertise this feature for TWO model years now and still not have a release date is …. Many things, none of which are good.

Can someone post pictures or directions for these metal pieces that trick the sensors? I have the bed divider, and I installed the parts that let me use it as an extender—- but don’t know about the parts you speak of. Very interested

My app just went to version 1.98.9 The release notes say “Performance improvements and tweaks.” I would’ve fired a software engineer for that level of response. The replies to people rating the app about the SPAAK are just as bad. They don’t even say “It’s coming soon” anymore. They just say...

And the sad part is, they won’t stand behind their product anymore. Once you put your money down, they forget about you and focus solely on the next sale.

Good question. I typically keep trucks about 10 years. I'm retired now, and putting on a lot less miles than I used to. But my extended warranty ends at 120k miles. Based on previous experience, I probably will not keep the truck beyond that.
