Customer's spoke with their dollars. Trucks weren't used like they are today. Trucks were fixtures of the farm. It was single cab, bench seat and 8 foot bed for 50 years. Then people started putting their kids in the cab versus in the bed. I grew up as a 'bed kid' I hung out in the bed of the...
definitely check your door to see what your max payload is. My 2021 limited is:
MAX PAYLOAD 1067.61LBS
MAX TOWING 9467.61LBS
Once you have 2 adults and all of our gear in there, we really don't have much payload left for a trailer. I don't have buyers remorse but I do wish I had thought more...
2016 R...had a 2012 R and VERY tempted to upgrade to the 8th gen but the 7th gen I have has had thousands of hours of time put into by me and others so I am pretty emotionally connected to it more than any other project I've had. At this point, It's putting down 400 HP / 390 torque to all 4...
I bought 20" Bighorn Chrome wheels from @MG99 a month ago, wrapped them in Blizzak DM-V2s in OEM size (275/55/R20) and installed them on the RAM 1500 Limited Night Edition. Chrome on a Night Edition truck I thought would look weird but I actually like it. No intention to change it any time soon...
Ordered winter tires. A month ago, I purchased from another member here their 20" wheels and just ordered 275/55/20 Blizzak DM-V2s for Winter driving. They'll be put on the truck in a few days. $243 per wheel with $50 back from Bridgestone.
At least I can visually confirm mine does have the heater block installed. I can see the plug so now I just need a cord.
Most HD diesels up here run the grill covers in the Winter. We see temps between 20F and -25F as the maximum high low in January-February. I may go without it one year to see...
Did 400 miles today. needed to go to southern NH and decided to take the long way home along the white mountains. These were taken after sunset so there was a lot of white noise.
I did a similar thing when selling my Ford & Hyundai. I submitted every week for a few months until the price was something I felt comfortable with. The Ford Escape with 270K miles they started at $400 and I accepted $1750...they say it's now worth $2500 but I already accepted that May offer so...
I want to make sure these are the right part numbers before I call my dealer. Anything else I need? I have a lift, can I install the engine block heater myself?

I paid $63,475 for my 2021 truck and took delivery of it in May. It now has 12,000 miles on the Odometer and I was just curious how much depreciation I had seen so far. I like to stay ahead of depreciation and plugged the VIN + Options into Vroom.com and got $62,245.00. I don't have sales tax in...
1. Interstate-side-diesel
2. EDT from hotShot every fill up
3. DEF @ the pump (for convenience)
4. Oil / filters changed on time and keep records
that's all I plan on doing.
