The widget bar, like that, is definitely a carplay feature and not AA. But you can still get satellite view with AA, and you can switch it from the 12" display.

Are you changing the rest of the front end to make them fit?

My Android Auto on my Pixel 9 is broken now. It connects and appears to work unless you are using Google maps for navigation. Then it silences the radio for the voice alerts/directions and never returns to normal audio volume . Same thing for getting text alerts. Won't return to normal volume...
