Unfortunately, when you go to dealer, they hook up their computer and it takes them through troubleshooting steps that they have to follow if it's a warranty issue. If they don't follow the steps, Ram will deny warranty repair until they complete the steps

Shutter will open up if engine gets got. I do not know what that temp is, but since the fans don't turn on until 224 Is imagine the shutters are about the same temp range.

You do have the active grill shutters that restrict some flow at highway speeds. I can almost guarantee it isn't a thermostat issue. Unless the one you have is failing. Which should show up when not towing as well because the thermostat doesnt know if there is a trailer connected or not
Change the fan turn on temps in your tune and you will not see that 222 coolant temp. When the fans don't come on until that temp, it's not a thermostat issue
It's recommended to change your wiper blades at least once a year. Walwuid you live in areas of extreme weather, like extreme heat/sun or extreme cold/ice
Volume doesn't increase. Just timing of when the thermostats open. Your coolant is constantly circulating in the block, and through heater core before thermostat ever opens.
