I bet they lugged the damn engine the whole way up too. Not sure the to/haul mode on these new trucks but if the revs are below the torque peak - say less than 2,500 rpm - that’s relying on tons of boost, ergo heat. Not to mention less coolant flow.
If it’s not a daily, and you aren’t tackling the rubicon trail on the regular, then 100% I’d be getting the long bed. It is a truck after all.
The whole reason for a short bed IMO is to make dailying the thing easier. But in the case of the extra 9” it’s not a huge difference anyway.

For a quick trip to the store? School drop off? Etc. probably.
If it’s your road trip machine, no one will be happy back there. Kids in car seats won’t fit (I tried) and while legroom is better than expected...

An understanding of which, if any, hard parts changed on the 3.6 is surely an analysis already done at corporate.

If you want to go Bluetooth then it has to work. No dropped connections, plenty of bandwidth, no latency. A problem with either in the middle of a flash can be bad.
MX+ has been exceptionally reliable for me in this regard for a few years.

So these misfires/check engine lights- are they only happening to you guys at or near WOT? Or does it happen say just tooling down the highway/part throttle?
