I ordered the bulbs that Lasfit recommended for me (LC air I think) and they worked fine. After I ordered they sent me an email confirming my truck. I assumed they were double checking that I ordered the correct stuff and there was no other correspondence after that. They did work great but I...
I had my last truck for 17 years and traded it in with 55,000 miles on it. I live 6 miles from work and ride a motorcycle whenever possible. I'd be supper happy if I owned a Ram with 200,000 that still ran and wasn't completely rusted out. (also like my last truck)
That's weird. I tried it out again today to be sure and it was on xm I switched to USB.... no sound though the screen did show the song info. Adjust the volume knob one notch and the music is heard.
I know I'm old school but I think 3 liters is a little too small. I think instead of keeping the 3.6 Pentastar as the base engine they should have just made the I6 Hurricane a 3.6 liter and used a NA version as a replacement for the base engine. Then a single turbo as the mid output option and a...
This looks cool but $750 dollars?! For that much id almost rather step out, look, climb in and pull a little more forward then repeat 2 more times. LOL
I suppose I would trust a sensor as long as there more than just one "Low" sensor.
On my subaru there is a low oil light that I have seen when I turned on the accessory position during an oil change to check the mileage. I wonder where in the dipstick the oil needs to be to trigger the "low" oil...
That being said it is an option in the Uconnect system. I do leave it on but I did notice that the screens all dimmed a little more than I wanted them to. Over time I got used to it.
The use of catalytic converters was mandated and the removal of CFC's from spray cans was mandated. Sometimes there are more important things than just keeping the status quo and letting the market decide what they want.
Sorry if I'm not much help but whenever I'm working on my truck and need the doors open I try to turn off interior lights and reduce as much battery load as possible. Radio off, Climate off, ect... I even hook up a 1 amp battery maintainer when I need to do things to the truck that I know will...
Me too. I was very patient and went slow and I have small hands. Went by feel mostly. I still had large bruises on each of my forearms develop afterwards. Totally worth it.
Forgot to mention changing the bulbs was not very easy IMO. I have smallish hands and got my arms bruised up pretty good just reaching in there and working by feel. Just be patient and go slow.
If I recall correctly my house has two garage door openers. The left garage door opener I was unable to program into homelink borh for the Subaru and Ram but the right garage door I was able to program with no problems.
Looking at the top of the battery there is nothing that says AGM or Absorbed Glass Mat and looking up the part number on the top label pulls up hits on the internet that also say nothing about AGM. That being said assuming my truck was built in 2020 I think I will just look to replace it this...
