Might be tough to find one. There are over 2400 Ram dealerships in the US, and only ~1100 trucks built with Canyon Lake paint. EDIT: 42 of which have gone to Canada.

The RHO, like the TRX, has tires that are rated for 118 mph. And that’s what the speed is governed at. For reference, they’re T rated. Your max speed is probably based on the rating of your OEM tires. Look it up - I bet yours are R rated. Or maybe they just set the regular 1500 DT max speed to...

I’m gonna say it’s the tires. You added 40-60 lbs of unsprung weight, AND increased the diameter by almost 2” (which is about 5% more rollout). So you will definitely suffer on mileage and responsiveness.

Not on mine. I always start up, put on my seatbelt, and wait for my IGLA fob to enable the system. Then I put it in gear and have to turn off the parking brake. That last step is the one I sometimes forget.
