I carry a tire repair kit in all my vehicles for this reason. HF has a good kit for around $30 and works great.

20's are a good move but 18's would be best and you can fit up to a 33" tall tire on stock air ride so a 33x10.5 or 11.5 will work u can easily raise the front with adjustable links on air ride also https://airlinksgc.com/
