I agree on idle of 500 rpm seems low to me. I'll have to pay attention next time I'm in mine. Thought it was close to 700rpm. Checked my idle, it's 650 RPM. I think you should raise your idle a little bit.

How many miles did you have? I did my first oil change because it was a year old. Only 3,780 miles. Also sent to Blackstone two weeks ago. I've heard it can take 5 weeks. I installed a Fumoto also but did not have the Pac brake kit in time so that will be next year! 😅

I liked the Borla system. Very easy install. I went with the Atak which is loud. They also offer "S type" not as loud and "Touring" slightly louder than stock.

Have you double checked your payload capacity of your truck? Are you sure of the amount of weight you are loading in? Have you actually weighed it? 22" rims reduce payload also. Is it 4x4? It sounds like you are close to max capacity. Write a full description of your truck.

I need to take my 2023 Bighorn in for the trans tsb. I've installed a Koadtech SGB harness to use with alfa obd. The installation of the bypass harness for a 64 year old was next to impossible so removing will be totally impossible! Question is if I just hide it really good can the dealer tell...
