Is Rebel categorized Commercial in NY?

Well, what I found is over 6,000lb curb weight must register as commercial. Must be a highly optioned Rebel.

MobilFluid LT for the BW 48-11 (4Auto) transfer case

I prefer AMSOIL fluids for all my vehicles, in this case it would be the Multi-vehicle ATF. They also have Severe Gear for differentials. DM me if you're interested.

    5th Gen Ram 1500 Differential Rear Fluid Change (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022+)

The manual calls for 75W90 for all front diffs

    2019 Ram 1500 5th wheel towing

You're tow rating and your payload rating are very different...especially with a 5th wheel you're going to be payload limited. Go HERE and click "look up my vehicle" and put in your VIN. Or you can look at the yellow sticker inside your door.

Can y'all help me figure out my payload?

Yes, the EcoDiesel is heavier. However the EcoDiesel trucks also get a 100lb increase in GVWR to mostly make up for that weight increase.

    Transmission Fluid Change [ 2019 -1500/8 speed]

ZF recommends a 50-75k mile interval. Any competent independent shop should be able to do it for quite a bit less than the dealer. The pan and filter is an all in one assembly. If you're looking for an alternative to the ZF Lifeguard fluid then check out AMSOIL Signature Series Fuel Efficient...

    Garbage towing numbers

I've seen/heard that using a WDH with a unibody vehicle can be sketchy too if it wasn't really designed for it...you can look up the shop in Canada that preps campers to be towed by Tesla's! The manufacturers are partly to blame, they're putting the big tow numbers out there to get the sale...

A Comprehensive Guide to Towing with the 2019 RAM 1500 - Everything You Need to Know!

I think that starts at Laramie's? I know mine had the acoustic glass, it really does make a big difference compared to the tradesman 2500 I have now.

Dodge RAM Charger Rendering Brings Back A Classic SUV

Kinda looks like the new Tahoe...However, per usual, the RAM brand would be late to the game on that vehicle type...Hell, we're all still waiting on the midsize truck to come back.

    Transmission Cooler

There is no heavy duty trans cooling option available. They have a cooler...of sorts, the OEM refers to it as a heater. There is aftermarket parts available to bypass the thermostat in the transmission heater, unless you're pulling at max all the time I wouldn't worry about it. Change the fluid...

    Garbage towing numbers

Yup, looking at those charts are going to be an absolute maximum for each trim. If you have options like the sunroof, multi function tailgate and ram boxes they cut into the payload quite a bit. A lightly optioned Laramie can have over 1500lbs of payload, comfortable and usable!

    Truck rear end sway

What tires do these trucks have on them? If you still have the stock tires on your RAM I would suggest swapping them out for LT tires, they'll have a stiffer sidewall and won't sway as much. If you have 18" wheels then it could be worse than with the 20s. The WDH was set up correctly with your...

    Tow Mode & Gears

I pulled a 6700lb 32' TT with a 5.7 3.92 1500 at one point. If you're drafting another big vehicle it may pull 7th up a slight incline, but most of the time it will need to downshift to maintain speed. My 2500 feels a little less powerful but amazes me at how much the displacement really helps...

    Transmission issue while towing

The cruise control is pretty aggressive and any little grade it will almost automatically downshift even though it may not need it. I pulled a 6700lb TT with my 3.92 equipped truck and could drive on the interstate in 7th by foot. Using cruise control it was constantly shifting when the grade...

    towing issues

That seems like decent weight transfer. What was the change in heights without the weight distribution hooked up? Did you have LT tires on the Silverado?

    2020 2500 Underboost

You might get better insight on the sister site, HDRams.com. This site is primarily geared towards the 1500 trucks. Stick around though many of the other systems are the same and there is a wealth of information here on the infotainment and other systems.

    towing issues

These trucks with the XL rated tires on them will squirm, especially when towing in windy conditions or other large vehicles are passing you. I had a Husky Centerline and never had an issue other than the truck just squirming on the tires. You did all the measurements according to how the WDH...

19 Ram 1500 ball joint failure

I do remember at least one other instance of this happening, truck had many fewer miles and they were turning into or in a parking lot IIRC. With the millions of parts that are produced every year there's always bound to be some bad parts that make it out the door...

    2WD VS 4WD

Yes, they do make a 2WD Rebel...it's for all those pavement queens in the south who want a truck that's just slightly cheaper. Yes, I'm sure the front suspension is different between the two.
