hey guys looking to do coolant flush on my 2022 3.6l and was wondering if anyone had a procedure? I think there is something you need to do with heat and then also "burping" system ...whatever that means and however you do that. Thanks!

They are on youtube but it is going to be the 4th gen, no one has anything on new 5th yet. I plan on using the same specs as the 4th gen as it is pretty similar I imagine.

how tight are they doing it to crack an aluminum housing??? Thats why I do everything myself, cant trust most shops now adays.

anyone have the notorious oil filter housing crack? looking to see if it's true and what causes it? over torquing when doing filter changes? I always torque mine down when doing oil changes but wondering if I should have a shop near me swap it to the aluminum housing and if so what brand...

you are most certainly correct but most guys wont want to mix themselves, 20$ is not bad considering it is OEM quality.

i have K&N on mine, it sounds great! just have to be prepared to chuck out some money for it.

just get amsoil, comes with friction modifier already in it and better than OEM.

you might need to buy a split barb for the hose, but your better off draining oil from pan, it is easy on our trucks.

do yourself a favor and save up for a ready lift or better brand. suspension is not worth cheap out a grand or so when we pay 40k over for our trucks. I have a 3.5" 2.1 ready lift on mine and she runs like she was stock. link is below, falcon shocks...

make sure you have the larger cab, thye dont sell one for the smaller cab. i made the mistake and bought it and had to return it as exhuast connection don't line up without modifiying part of exhaust that the borla exhaust does not contian (which i didnt want to do)

i do oil every 5k and use a good brand (amsoil, mobil one, penz) i do my diffs at 30k and plan on doing tranny flushes every 60k coolant every 100k (add as needed) plan on doing plugs every 75k tired rotated every 5k Engine air filter every 15k cabin air filter as needed (doesn't affect...

go with pre-mixed so you dont need to dilute and go on amazon, its cheaper. dont buy from dealership but you can get the part # from them. below is the link...

just up maintenance intervals, oil, diffs, tranny flushes, plugs, cooolant changes etc. and you wil be happy!
