There is definitely a difference in road noise from stock tires, but that's because of the tread difference. Any more aggressive AT tire will hum more than stockers, but nothing like true mud tires. I love the look of mine and the size is perfect. It's the size these trucks should come stock...
Subscribed to this thread, but maybe waiting for the price to come down some more. I park on the street that I live on and have already had my driver's mirror clipped once(no damage). Tired of folding the mirror in every time I park. If it wasn't for that reason, I'd be fine with the tow mirrors.
I added the $55 RC leveling spacers only. Rides much better with no issues. I don't plan to do any offroading so no need to replace upper arms for me. I have pics in my posts.
I ordered these on Friday and was emailed that they're sitting in my driveway as I type this! Having them installed tomorrow. Can't wait! I did waaaay too much research on tires/sizes/etc. and thiese were the best choice for the price.
Mine just started doing the intermittent radio thing this morning. I've had the truck since mid-August with no issues. It's due in for an oil change, so along with the console lid squeak, I will address the radio cutting out issue. I too do not want gouges and marks from replacement parts.
Absolutely LOVE it! Of course, I’m a little biased since I have the same truck with a 2” RC kit. Still trying to decide on the best tire size to put on my stock 20’s. Any advice since doing your setup?
No mpg change, but noticeably better handling and cornering. There was too much front body roll before adding the kit. Corners great without affecting the ride.
