That tire does seem awfully close to the UCA. Might want to keep an eye on it. Not sure if you off-road, but with low PSI it might make contact. As an example, here is a photo of mine with about 1-3/8" clearance between the UCA and tire. Wheels are 18x9.5 with -18mm offset, tires are 12.5"...

Suggest disconnecting the end links, then take it around the block and see if the clunk goes away. This will be step one in isolating the noise. Let us know what happens?

Sounds like you identified the cause, the power source (USB splitter from mirror) is causing the issue. Would you consider hardwiring it into the fuse panel under the steering wheel?

Agreed on the mouse, might want to check the engine bay for a mouse hidey-hole/nest. Another option is, you could try Permatex liquid electrical tape (or another brand), available at parts stores. Used it once to save a harness in a hard to reach spot.

From information on the forums here, you will need about a 1.5" spacer to fit TRX wheels on a Rebel. Run a search and those posts will come up.
