i would take the extended range over the hurricane everyday and twice on Sunday. the fit and finish on the bottom of the steering wheel in the video is horrible. they let that in the promotional video?? really.
i ran several set's of woofers in the fox box the sundowns were okay but i have audiocontrol 10's now and they have much better sq and cost about the same oh and no the door didn't rattle with well over 1000 watts. GREAT CHOICE.
i watched that.
i suppose I'm a Audiocontrol fan boy and i assume Net is a AC dealer. that wave loc is $160 then you need a amp.
AC LC series amp's accept 40 volts of high level input and turn on with signal sense. clip input light and clip output light. $350 for the 800 watt and $524 for the...
great amp's i have been a rockford guy for 26 years and still have 2 bd1k's that never had a issue. i swapped over to a A.C 1.1500 last year. just time for a change because of the size and i have always used A.C for processing.
lot's of way's to skin this cat.....audio control has amps with the loc built in. the most effective improvement you can make to any stock radio is the addition of a subwoofer. leaving the stock speakers and adding/changing the sub was a good choice
this great amp for 350....high damping factor...
i have had CDT's but i decided to go with kenwood KFC-XP6903C.
no stock amp. i have a 2019 had the alpine i have a dsp my friend has a 2023 limited with the hk he has a amp pro. both of us replaced everything but the head unit
i got these from rock auto for my RAM. they are a European company and HIGH quality, believe it of not the EU actually has better requirements. i am very happy with them. i have had junk rotors in the past and nice Brembo's. the brand name is Top Notch it's hard to find on google in the USA...
yes on CDT's and amp replacement can still be done but the amp or DSP will have to accept high level inputs

you can't put a aftermarket radio in a ram because it's so integrated into the truck's bcm. stinger has a replacement radio for jeeps they need to tap into the ram market. we are underserved and there is well over a million 5th gen's on the road.
they are not cheap but they have them for ford...
it's brand new, i would not delete that battery till it went bad. and all stop start system's suc so that is what i would delete.
well the stop start on the e-torque is probably the best and the only good thig i have to say about ET
i have a question......when you add in the cost of the ET option (before 2023) and the replacement at 2900 do you think the "fuel" savings paid for it?
well i did some math i just answered my own question
at 87000 the extra mile a gal you may get from ET saved 229 gal at 2.75 a gal so it saved...
