Yes on both questions. You can get part numbers on most parts sites by putting in your vehicle info or call a parts department. Sorry, I don't have the part number, but it's easy to find.
I've had Rhino in 3 trucks and it's held up fine. My Dakota was 23 years old when I got rid of it and had it since day 1. Never an issue. I think they are all good as long as the prep is done properly.
You didn't supply any vehicle info. But the Pulsar does all that without having to unlock your PCM. I'd say, unless you are changing engine internals and certain external items, you might be better off. Just my opinion.

You might look in the how to add passive entry thread under modifications so you can check the settings to see what may have changed.
Many have reported this issue, but there isn't a resolution. I don't have this issue at all on my 2020 with eTorque. You could see if there is a software update, but I'm not sure that is going to resolve this.
