Agree with pushing the lemon law option. Not sure which state you live in, but you can look up the laws fairly easily. Log into Mopar.com and look for Additional Publications and then select Lemon Law and Tire Information from the dropdown. Not sure if this will work for you, but worth a shot...

I've checked that and it says there are no updates for my VIN. But I think this is just the UConnect software, not the SW for the truck. I think all of the main updates for the truck will come via FOTA.

Gotcha. I got my truck at the end of January, and have never had any OTA updates that I know of.
