Do the WT flaps come with a protective tape to protect your fenders from scratching? If not, did you use any kind of protective film between the flaps and fenders?
Considering putting some Weathertech splash guards on my 2021 Laramie. My truck is a 4x2 and I don't do any heavy off-roading, but in FL I deal mostly with sand, rocks, highway driving, and some light off-roading such as unkempt dirt/sand/gravel roads. After driving a few unkempt roads down in...
I know! My only thought is, I'm willing to spend the money on the MOPAR ones if it means they are made or coated in a better finish ensuring a longer-lasting product. Considering the location of the hooks and all, I don't want to get stuck with something that looks like crap after a...
I totally understand. I have had blacked out vehicles. Always blacked out my Harley's. I like both blacked out and a well-balanced chrome look. The blacked out trend has been going on for awhile. Chrome will make it's comeback. But I was more asking regarding putting black tow hooks on a...
Hello, I have a few questions regarding MOPAR front tow hooks. I am looking at installing chrome tow hooks with the bezel kit.
1. I noticed the 'chrome' tow hooks are no longer offered in a kit which included both L and R chrome tow hook and necessary bolt. However, the black tow hooks still...
I just had the MOPAR 82215289AH installed and as long as you put the small bolt in first, followed by the two reused bolts up top...it easily clears the exhaust, even with the hardest kick closed.
So I went to the dealership today and looked at other new RAMs and all mirrors are the same. The service manager I was walking around with said, “Man I can’t believe I never noticed that, but now I can’t unsee it!” LOL…so yes, they are designed that way.
That crossed my mind, but I thought that is what they made power adjusting mirrors for! But I guess it makes sense...I guess I just notice it more on this truck than I have in the past. BUT, then again it's been about 10 years since I've owned my last RAM soooo....
Hey everyone. So I'll preface by saying that maybe this is normal??? But has anyone else noticed the mirrors on RAMS are asymmetrical and sit at different angles on each side? The passenger side mirror actually angles in closer to the vehicle than the driver's side mirror does. This is at...
Quick question…does the installation require a torque wrench? I don’t own one and have no need for one. Was hoping to do the install using a good old socket wrench. Would that work?
So, I apologize ahead of time, I've only read back through a handful of pages on this thread. It's a lot of information. Does anyone know a rough cost to have the dealership add ACC and Active Parking Assist on a 2021 Laramie that already has a 12" screen and FCW? Thanks in advance!
I've been looking at adding a bugshield and window vents too. For what it's worth, my local shop is a WeatherTech carrier, but they only recommend installing AVS now, because they had a lot of repeat complaints regarding the WeatherTech in-channel install. They said some customers had their...
I got the eTorque and LOVE it! Agreed that it is more expensive stuff to break, but I talked the dealer into giving me a 5 year bumper-bumper warranty and I’ll likely trade in prior to 5 years.
Newbie here. My 2007 4x4 Ram with Hemi was averaging around 12mpg. My new 2021 4x2 Laramie is averaging 12.3mpg, mostly city driving. I only have about 200 miles on my 2021, but very disappointed in the gas mileage as I too have been driving like a granny since I got it!
