I think you have a bad tire or two, tread separation or broken belt. Try rotating the tires and see if there is a change in the ride characteristics. What where the results of the road force balancing? The vibration on acceleration makes me wonder if the rear drive shaft took a hit
You were definitely at or above max capacity to receive that message but the frame is allowed to flex, normal for pick up trucks. Check out this old Ford commercial, skip to 1:40 and note the flex between the cab and the bed. Modern trucks are considerably more rigid but still flex
My boss had a diesel VW golf and his intercooler would fill with oil from time to time choking the engine. The mod was similar with adding a drain valve
