So got my truck back. I do not have the invoice because I need to bring back the truck next week for the brake light that was not stock. What they did on the sunroof was actually a star case, not a TSB. They replace the whole foam seal that touch the sunroof and pano. No wind noise anymore...

same for me! The pain in the *** part is to remove and put back the baby car seat I have! I hate the hook of the tether strap the RAM does have. My 2018 Platinum Titan had a metal hook behind the seat, way cleaner and easier to remove.

Where was the stain on your headliner before you re-torque the brake light? Mine just leaked last night, and dealer are close because of COVID so I want to do the more I can myself. Water stain are on the headliner only. Window is not crack( or seem not cracked). So i assume the light is the issue.

my auto volume OFF-1-2-3 is set at 3. It doesn’t reduce or increase volume whatever the speed I am going to. I turn it off and I switch it back to 3 and same things. Not a big deal I guess but my old 2019 Sport with 8.4 non nav auto volume was working perfectly.

What is the module with a white arrow on it bellow the rear window motor and behind the seat belt retractor? Mine is not even attached to the backwall. Complete loose no fastener. Its only hanging there by the stiffness attached to both ends. I think I've found the rattle that I have on my laramie.

I have the Harman Kardon and I have bass rattle too. It doesn't look like it's from the rear slider window. I fold the back seat and remove the back carpet to access the sub. I check the two top bolt of the sub and they are fine. My rattle seem to be inside the sub cavity or behind the sub box...
