That sucks, but not uncommon. I replaced my manifolds with AFE shorties. Unfortunately, stainless headers are robust but only as strong as their weakest point, the welds. If/when mine crack, I’ll probably just re-weld and reinstall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Retightened header bolts, 3 needed about an 1/8 of a turn. They need to add this to the maintenance interval “Daily: Check oil, tires and all other fluids. Tighten exhaust manifold bolts.” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Replaced passenger side header gasket. Tick started to come back after about 15k miles since shorty headers were installed. Would go away after about 10 seconds, but it’s killing the cold start effect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
