I've got small kids and live in Texas so it would be nice to get the truck started while I'm loading them in car seats so AC is going. At the end of the day, remote start works and I can do that as we are walking up to the truck so its not a huge deal. Just strange more than anything that these...
Sure enough, my start up issue is related to the LED bulbs I replaced in cargo and interior. I set them to OFF, left the door open and it started with no problem. It was a pain changing those map lights so I'll just leave them and use this work around.
Sounds like you replaced the interior lights with LED? Are you able to start your truck with one or any of your doors open? I replaced my interior with LED (not lasfit, Sylvana bulbs I got from Oreilys), dome and map lights and I have to have all doors closed before the truck will actually start.
My 2019 won’t start if the doors are open. It says key fob not detected. Once all doors are closed, it will start. Seems like some safety feature but don’t see anything in settings to disable. This is really annoying. Any way to disable this so I can start the truck if doors are open? Thanks in...
Yes. The silicone lube worked great. The noise was coming from higher up on the brake pedal extender. It’s been two weeks now since spraying it and it hasn’t come back.
So sounds like replacing the frame is the fix, is that right? I’ve got a 2019 with the same issue. I was hoping it was just some bolts that needed tightening.
You happen to have a picture of where exactly you sprayed for the seat? I also have the dash rattle where the center console meets the screen, however, I've got the 8 in screen so mine rattles where the front bumper sensor control and center console meet. So are you saying to spray in that gap...
So this is actually separate of that. I have this issue too. This noise is literally on the brake pedal itself in the truck. My truck isn’t even running in the video. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the brake pedal adjustment or what but I’m not even pressing the pedal hard enough to...
I have a 2019 Bighorn that I bought used. After I bought it, I’ve been hearing a noise when I press the brake pedal. It’s like a creaking noise right as I apply the smallest amount of pressure. I’ve tried spraying some 3-1 oil but I can’t quite locate where it’s coming from. Anyone else have...
Do you have a pic of where exactly you put the tape? I have the same thing. I live in the Panhandle of Texas where the wind never stops so I’d like to try this. Thanks!
Is it only when you turn a certain direction at low speeds? I can’t seem to figure out mine. Is it the front or back that’s loose and which part is loose?
