Man, why in the world can't RAM/FCA/whoever figure this out? How long has it been since your steering rack has been replaced and not heard the noise again? My dad traded his 19' Laramie this week for a 21' for this reason and so far, so good on the 21'. That was the first thing he tested.

I can grab the bottom of the seat and look under and see the flex. It’s the U clamp looking brackets that hold a bar that goes across that is loose but I can’t figure out where to tighten those U clamps. How hard is it to get the seat out??

I've not felt it in the rear, only the steering wheel. I want to say I've seen changing rear diff on other threads/forums to fix this grinding. I'm not sure if anyone who has tried this has gone another 10K-20K miles to see if it comes back. I'm working on trading my 2019 mainly for this issue...

So I've had mine for a few days now and for some reason, the steering wheel button to change songs is not working with the dongle. If I'm on FM/AM/XM, it works just fine. I tried unplugging the dongle and back in but still won't pick up the button.

I bought the torx 40 socket and adjusted the passenger side just slighty by moving it rearward, works like a charm now. Go buy the socket for $3-$4 and take literally 5 minutes and fix it.

Just did some more testing a bit ago: I thought I had to turn the interior lights off for it to work. Turns out, its the cargo lights. I had door open, interior lights on, and turned off cargo lights and it started every time. Turn cargo lights back on, doesn't start with door open.
