Yes this is funny. your right the sticker does NOT state the size of the bed...i did the same thing with my 2017 ...told the salesman ( I think they pulled a fast one on us )..i was looking for a Short bed we were going from a Black 2013 Ram short bed to a White 2017 ...My wife kept saying it...

Yup I installed with the “U” facing down but the side that runs along the bed was buckled not sitting flat along the bed so I pulled if off.. ugh

OK. I tried to put that rubber seal on the bottom of the bed that was missing..got it on but it wasn't sitting flush between the last 2 holes on the passengers side.?? Now what hole does it start in?? I started it in the 2nd hole on the drivers side..all holes lined up fine it looked..

Ok did the install today really easy... I did separate the rear 2 pieces and used the back one found an easy way to get them apart. I used a hook razor knife blade and cut slits in the part that comes through those holes then squeezed the cuts together... then I just used a long screwdriver to...
