Did you buy the truck from them? I know ANY dealer is supposed to service your vehicle and do warranty work, but most of them will not give the same level of service if you went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. It might not seem fair but that's the way it often goes.

I'll second the recommendation for Weathertech mud flaps. I ordered the factory bedliner in mine, but I would most likely go to Line-x if I bought one without it.

I do know some features and options were changed as time went by. Early trucks didn't always have the front and rear power outlets, but now they do.
