This what I have on my truck, but I wouldn't be surprised if the price has gone up. It also to a few months to come in, but these trucks can take a 2" bodylift easly. Edit: Looks like the price went up a good bit.

Have you tried putting the nozzle in first while you do the card transaction for paying at the pump? That trick has helped me.
