Another update: They replaced the stereo today but they said that the screen has a small flicker in it. So the new stereo came with a bad screen? They are ordering a new screen for my new stereo. I've only seen the flicker once and the stereo works fine so I can live with it until the screen...

Update on mine. I went to the dealer and they couldn't get it to update. They ordered a new radio for me and it should be here in a week. Thankfully the truck is still under the 3/36. The guy at the counter said that it's a common problem.

Bump this back to the top. My '22 does what both videos show. I hold the power button to reset it but it doesn't help. Turning the truck off and leaving it seems to temporarily clear it up.
