Are you sure there are sensors in the wheels and not just regular valve stems? You need a tpms tool to check them if they are there, working, at what frequency they are working at. Any tire shop should be able to tell you.
I used loctite 542 hydraulic locker on my install too. Some of the fittings are flare and I used it on the face of the flare and on the threads of everything. So far no ill effects and 0 leaks.
Ive never tried this on a quad cab, I've always had the crew cab trucks. The quad cab does have shorter seats so there are differences. Can you post pics of the seat backs and the hooks on a quad cab? Ill try and help to point you in the right direction.
It wont fall back down because after 45* lift the hook starts coming back down again and locks it in. The back will only release when the seat is at a 45* angle so the hooks clear the rails. Full up or full down the hooks are full engaged.
Use loctite 545 on the fittings and they wont leak. I wonder if your block plate was moving (rotating) back and forth causing o-ring wear. Ive got mine cranked down tight and it doesn't move around.
Just finished my first oil change with the pac brake. Worth every penny. Did not spill a drop and the filter swap was drama free. The hemi is happy with extra oil and the bigger filters. Noticed the oil temps a bit lower too especially in winter conditions.
I just created a thread about this because I thought mine was cracked but im going to take a closer look, maybe its the bubble like yours. Mine still works fine so a bubble would make sense over a crack.
