Any fellow metalcore fans? Is metal dead?

Just a suggestion on something new... 156 does metalcore a little different than most and they have a couple different sounds, but I'm a lyrics person and this song has relatable lyrics to me.

Any fellow metalcore fans? Is metal dead?

One of my favorite favorite things about metalcore is the clean vocals going into screaming. This is one of my top five songs of all time.

He's got a pretty dope track about clothes and man purses. I suggest you take a listen... its inspiring.

Don't get me wrong... some rap can be good. It's just few and far between these days. I still listen to old school sometimes. I realize how toxic rap music is everytime I see a woman singing along to a song talking about abusing women. Our youth needs help. Luckily my kids kids listen to...

That's hilarious. For what its worth... I think he was one of the most underrated comedians.

Any fellow metalcore fans? Is metal dead?

Again, surprised by the amount of people replying with such in depth posts... its awesome. I love talking music in general, despite the genre. Music has helped me get through my entire life all the way back to when I was 5 years old. The first song I actually remember hearing in my life was when...

I've seen gojira live twice and its unbelievable the amount of chemistry they have on stage and in their music in general. Favorite song is heaviest matter in the universe.

Uncle luscious makes damn good music. I'd suggest band of heathens as well. They have a lot of good songs, but hurricane is their most popular.

Any fellow metalcore fans? Is metal dead?

I do love early Metallica, black sabbath, iron maiden, judas priest, motorhead, pantera, etc... Most people hate me for it, but I can say without an ounce of ********... I despise AC/DC!

Any fellow metalcore fans? Is metal dead?

I didn't really expect any replies at all. Good to know people like good music. Metalcore is just my favorite genre... as I lay dying, of mice and men, polaris, the plot in you, wage war, etc.. I also love anything from Alice in chains, stp, blind melon, rhcp, breaking benjamin, korn, static x...

Any fellow metalcore fans? Is metal dead?

As a 35 year old dude with a 10 year old son and 16 year old daughter... I've noticed that metal music isn't appealing or "cool" to kids these days? What happened? My wife will listen to some shinedow, breaking benjamin, etc.. But will not tolerate screaming. Why do I feel so alone?

    What else in your garage?

Was considering a 392 or hellcat durango to add to the fleet, but I think I'm crossing over to the dark side and getting an X5M. Love my mopar stuff, but I've been doing work for a bmw dealership for years and nothing beats the interior smell of a new bmw... and they happen to drive phenomenally.

E TORQUE was a big mistake.

I almost caved and got the etorque just due to the fact that it was so hard to find a rebel without it. Or any ram for that matter. My checklist for a work truck was a ram rebel with the bigger screen, pano sunroof, no etorque, crew cab, under 50k miles, single owner, excellent service history...

Well... mine is a 21' and a 5.7. I think I forgot to mention those details. But, it went in for a manifold leak and that turned into new manifolds, cam and lifters. It was all under powertrain warranty... no big deal. I am a huge mopar fan and wouldn't get discouraged if I were you. If you buy a...

I've read that a time or two. Will check it when I get it back.

    Is this just the beginning?

Man.... hope I'm not in for an experience like that. I do have the mopar warranty for an additional 5 years and 75k miles. It's just a work truck for me, but that makes it even more important to be reliable. Hopefully all is good from here on.

    Is this just the beginning?

Hey guys. Just bought a pre-owned 2021 ram rebel 5.7 (non etorque) and already having some serious issues. Im not here to bash ram, cry or complain. I love the truck. When I actually have it and its not in the service department... I find myself taking it over my widebody charger and my chrysler...

Gyeon for ease of use and a quality product. Adams and kamikaze are nice as well, but not quite as user friendly. Honestly any reputable brand will work well. The key is to maintain the coating with maintenance washes, never use auto washes, and give it a top coat every once in awhile.
