So all 4 of the mics in the headliner are for noise cancellation? I thought some were for that and others for like bluetooth phone call audio?

One is a live feed camera to the engineers and the other is the microphone so they can see and hear your reaction when they hit the button to freeze your 12 inch screen up.

So, with all the threads about MPG, I did a study so you didn't have to. I drove like a grandma for 100 miles. Results, 13.9 MPG. Then, I drove like a complete a**hole for 100 miles, 4wd Auto in the rain, spirited take offs, passed some poor old guy on a 2 lane road, you get the point lol...

Interesting, thanks for checking, it seemed like sort of a gray area until someone confirmed it. I'm sure its low on the priority list but it should be a simple software update at some point.

So if auto 4wd engages when it senses slippage, what happens if you have auto 4wd on and traction control off?

I didn't even notice if it did or not, I forgot to look I was just watching what gear it was in. I'll try it again and see if it comes on. It just seems odd, my 300S would always go to 8th at that speed. In that car though you could always just hit the plus paddle to go higher gear to drop rpm.

Set the cruise to 45 today just to check mpg at that speed, but the trans wouldn't shift any higher than 6th gear? Only about 1500 rpm but I still wondered why at cruising speed it wouldn't go up to 7th or 8th? In case it gets asked, no the gear limit wasn't at 6, it was +8.

And themes from what I've gathered from others. No real big loss, just something else that's nav only.

I couldn't answer the "is it not available on a rebel" because I have no clue lol. I just assumed it was a engine feature, not a model feature so I was just showing you where mine is.

If you have the Laramie you have the memory seats function right? It seems that if you pick what you want and save it to driver 1 memory that this issue goes away from what I've read on here. I thought it was looking like only a big horn with nav problem. Be interesting if you have that option...

You have the Laramie, he, like I, have the big horn. I've heard the Laramie gets around the resetting issue by saving the settings in the driver 1 seat memory, neither him nor I have the seat memory feature in the big horn. So I think the issue is specific to 8.4 nav radio, big horn trim.

This is the exact reason I got the Big Horn, I always just do leases. I only drive 10 miles each way to work and I get bored with vheicles fast so I always want something new or different lol. The lease savings of big horn vs Laramie was crazy.
