I haven't had any issues with my truck or ANC either. I will be disconnecting though when I add my amps. Also, per the manual, the ANC system shuts off when a window is open.

Do you have the OBD plug? Pulling the fuse and replacing is resetting something. It might be the "brain", where is that mounted and are all the connections good?

After you set your presets, you need to re-save the seat position, same for the wife's seat position

Tazer is the same, I would update the firmware if using an older one.

Since the distance between the wheel and caliper doesn't change, that 2mm distance should be enough. You could also get a 2 or 3mm spacer to give you a bit more room.

To get into dealer mode: There's a thread somewhere that has the newest software versions. I want to say S23 is the newest but don't remember. If I get a chance this morning, I'll go out to my truck and check.

Just because its a month from the factory, doesn't mean it has the latest updates. So I would double check.

FYI...wireless android auto is not bluetooth. It creates a wifi connection.

I did install mine, someone asked to install theirs and it's more than 30 minutes to put the rails in the bed, attached to the canister and adjust everything.

The radio station presets are tied to seat memory, once you save the stations you need to re-save the seat settings. I know from experience...took me 4 times of resetting stations before I figured it out. :D

The Ram app is better than the UConnect app for the older systems. Based on my experience, it responds faster, GPS is accurate when locating your truck, and just "feels" better. It just has the basics right now, but I can features being added.
