My 72K Limited is 66K OTD for me with 6% FL tax with Lakeland. (Before rebates/incentives on pick-up) I'd say 70k on a 77K truck is very doable.

There's only about a handful of dealerships in the country that I can think of that give you a straight up price. Koons, Criswell, Lakeland.
