    CD Player Modification

This is great information you've provided, so Thanks very much, but there are just a couple of things that I seem to be missing, so if you could fill in the blanks with a bit more detail, I'm sure there'll be some happy campers here, so here goes; 1)you mention the centre console harness. Where...

    2021 Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition

Can someone who has already got their 10th Anniversary Edition Longhorn equipped with the standard 20" wheel package, please let me know which tires came on it. Brand, series, and maybe even a photo or two if you wouldn't mind. Thanks very much in advance.

    CD Player Modification

I've just talked to my dealer service manager who used his factory connections, and as of this point in time there is no ability to flash the truck to see a CD player. For the time being all of us who like to remain old school and use CDs are SOL. So, ripping to an SD card or thumb drive is...

    Multifunction Tailgate Retrofit

Survey says?? Great way to put it..... Yup, it dropped right on, not onto the regular tailgate but in place of. If you've never had the opportunity to look at an MFT on the truck, ie close up, compared with the regular tailgate open you'll see that the box 'openings' between the regular and...

    Multifunction Tailgate Retrofit

Good morning, and thanks for the compliment, it is appreciated. Yup, it is very doable, it was just the delays with the tailgate body panels that influenced the course of what to do. And certainly it was somewhat easier to sign on the dotted line, especially with the way that the dealer came to...

    CD Player Modification

Here's a bit more information for you to digest. The part number for the CD player that is in the '19s(DT series not DS) is 68335565AB, that supersedes 68335565AA, and they're available in numerous places from $90.00-140.00 USD, so price and availability is there. I haven't had a chance to...

    Multifunction Tailgate Retrofit

Soooo, almost a year along and many are wondering about how the MFT retrofit project has gone, and most have provided encouragement, and that has been greatly appreciated.. On the other side of the coin others have provided no constructive comments, only negative, snide, and dismissive ones. I...

    Trailer sway with air ride

Since November 2014 I've had a '15, '16, and '19 Longhorn, all equipped with the 5.7, 4-corner air, and 3:92s. I tow a 24' ATC car hauler carrying a '67 Coronet R/T Hemi car, so the whole travelling road show towed weight is 7216#, give or take a few pounds depending on how much fuel is in the...

Any Canadians bought tonneau cover direct from Retrax

I haven't purchased directly from them, but I can give you generic feedback on how it would go. When dealing with Retrax directly, or any of their dealers in the US, you'll actually end up paying considerably more than if you buy it on our side(the Canadian side) of the Canada-US border...

    CD Player Modification

Great! A fellow CD person........ I had actually found the same part number, and am also wondering if the harness is there to simply plug into the CD player itself. But, and this is the big one, as with most things Mother MOPAR you have to have any option such as this(may be?) programmed in so...

    CD Player Modification

Thanks for you thoughts on that, but I'm trying to avoid doing the ripping from a CD to any of the alternate digital modes, but I may be forced to.

    CD Player Modification

Has anyone on the Forum tried to reftrofit a CD player into a 2021, specifically any model with the 12" display? Like many others here I prefer CDs over anything else. Old-fashioned, certainly? But user friendly for all us old guys.

    Multifunction Tailgate

Maybe have a whole case of beer at your disposal. As I don't drink, you can imbibe for the both of us! I'll keep everyone posted. I'm actually getting my hands on a truck for the weekend, so I'll be able to do some final scheming and planning to see if this will work, so stand by.

    Multifunction Tailgate

Thanks for that. I think it'll be mostly luck and a bit of skill......

    Multifunction Tailgate

That's what various other members have advised, but I've been able to have two trucks, a '19 and a '20 on hoists, side by side, and from what I can find there's no critical difference in any of the box components-no extra bracing on the underside, or anything like that. Now, there is of course...

    Multifunction Tailgate

Great! Thanks for the input on this, it'll help me towards the final decision about retrofitting the MFT to my '19 Longhorn, but this also leads one to wonder why the difference between the various models? Only Mother MOPAR knows.

    Multifunction Tailgate

I can confirm that the remote(with the key fob or the switch in overhead console) lock/unlock isn't available with the multifunction tailgate on the Rebels, but how about with the Limited or the LongHorn? Can someone weigh in on this and provide some feedback.

    Multifunction Tailgate Retrofit

Honestly, I'm asking myself that, but now that I've gone this far, I'm too focused to turn back. If Mother MOPAR had followed through on having it as an option on the '19s, I wouldn't even be having this discussion. It's now a challenge that I need to conquer.

    Multifunction Tailgate Retrofit

I appreciate your thought on the bed supports, but I've spent many hours crawling around under the back end of a 2020 Longhorn and there's no difference between the 2020 with the MFT and my 2019 with the standard tailgate. The only outward difference are the corner brackets at the front of the...
