screen is black and buttons (climate, Lane departure, etc) not working
How about disconnecting your negative terminal on the battery and reconnecting after awhile? My guess, the worse can happen is losing some of your settings. That’s what I would do before going to the dealer. Good luck and let us know how you make out.- Dr Juice

Back up camera display
I haven’t experienced that situation, but you may want to do a soft reboot by holding the power button in for about 10-seconds. Let it go when the screen logo appears and hopefully it will correct the blackout screen.- Dr Juice
