How about disconnecting your negative terminal on the battery and reconnecting after awhile? My guess, the worse can happen is losing some of your settings. That’s what I would do before going to the dealer. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
I haven’t experienced that situation, but you may want to do a soft reboot by holding the power button in for about 10-seconds. Let it go when the screen logo appears and hopefully it will correct the blackout screen.
