PC07 may "work" for the 2019's but its also a long list other manufacturers it works for, whereas PC78 is designed for only 2019 or newer Chrysler/Dodge Vehicles. When I called and spoke to technical support to confirm, it was PC78 to use.

Another thing to take into consideration is the area you live in, I live in the snowbelt and didn't want buy a second set of wheels because anything with machined or milled edges will corrode, so I went with a approved winter painted wheel.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the enclosed aftermarket true CAI intake as well since they also use the OEM air inlet just a bigger diameter intake tube for high flow.
