Ok great. That is how they explained it to me. List with 15% off would be more money. They didn’t explain it well at first but I wasn’t a jerk about it either. Glad what they said was true. Thanks. - Paul G.
I purchased some Ram black running boards from a dealer here in NH. Part#82215301AC
I paid $421 for them and they had them in stock. No shipping required.
What I thought was strange is they would not allow me to use the 15% off coupon attached. They said the parts/accessories were already at...
Yup, exactly what I was thinking. I’ll see if I get any response from @RamCares then decide what to do. If I’m not happy with the process I could just remove the damn thing myself and take it to a preferred shop for repair. Can’t imagine it be too expensive to prep and repaint a single fender flare.
Thanks. I agree it’s BS. I got the “did you buy it here” question too.
I decided not to be a wise *** and ask why that was relevant. I just said it was purchased out of state and that I had been planning to service the vehicle there.
At this point I’d rather just have this repaired at a body...
Put the (2) 5 spokes on the left side and the (2) six spokes on the right side, then no decision needed! :D
Ps: I purchased my truck with the 20x9 5-spokes.
Update:
Went to dealership (Bob Mariano in Concord, NH) said they do not have a body shop so they can’t help with a warranty issue for paint.
They even called two other
dealers for me but they also do not have body shops.
The dealers are:
Bob Mariano in Concord NH (Where I visited today)
Allen...
I have had my Ram 1500 Laramie for about 15 days; it arrived at the dealership back at the end of July and I picked it up Aug 10th.
Truck has just under 1100 miles on it. Today I noticed what I thought was water along the top edge of the front passenger side fender flare.
Investigated further...
I really hope they just replace your truck for you. I’m not one to be difficult or an a-hole, but if I found what you did I’d be really struggling about the potential repair. I buy new things to avoid potential issues with prior repairs on used vehicles. I know crap happens and a bumper repair...
Just installed mine too. The tape wouldn’t stick to the plastic and I didn’t bother with the extra optional screw. I think it’s better to be able move it and blast out any crude behind it.
When I was looking it had to be a BH Level 2. I ended up ordering a Laramie Level 1 because I wanted the LED lamp setup and a few other things that were part of that package, optional on Big Horn. Good luck with your new truck.
I just had mine oil coated yesterday. I think they got as much oil on the outside as they did under the truck....
Mine has the liners. I did mud flaps today and when removing the screws they were oily. Not sure it got into the spot you mention specifically but I still got stuff dripping from...
Yes, I used the link in here the other night (am not an Allstate customer) and it all went through. I got an email everything is under review. It was approved by Bonus Drive quickly and now the 2nd email says it is being reviewed by vehicle manuf. It's pretty nice how they update you on each...
