I made some modifications to the Atrend 10” sealed box from my ‘13 1500 crew cab and was able to fit it in the Du-Ha on my ‘19. Not the prettiest but it works for me and I was able to recycle everything from my previous setup. The fiberglass route would be super clean though!
I prefer the rounded edges of the Husky’s vs the square look of the Weathertech’s. But I do wish the Husky’s sat flush at the top like the Weathertech’s as you mentioned. I picked up a set of Used-Like New Husky’s off Amazon for less than $34 so I can’t complain too much…
I did not take any pictures of the wiring but it’s super easy to do if you have the OEM bed lights (I installed and activated them myself using AlfaOBD). I tapped into the power wire (brown/white) for the passenger side bed light and ran a wire with a 1N4001 diode to the power wire for the...
Added my rear bumper lights into the cargo/bed light circuit. Previously had them solely on the reverse light circuit via the trailer harness. Tapped into the bed light power wire and used a diode to eliminate any back-feed. Very handy being able to control them with the cargo lights as well as...
I never noticed Lat/Long in any of the base pages of UConnect 4, but I did notice Lat/Long and altitude displayed near the bottom of the Off-Road Pages after I added them using AlfaOBD.
Thank you! Taping off the outer curves and the inner curved edges of the blind spot sensor cover was a nightmare. I first attempted to trace the curves out with an Exacto knife but felt like I was scratching the sh!t out of the lenses more than anything. I resorted to cutting out tiny strips of...
Converted my OEM LED tail lights into Night Edition replicas using VHT Nightshades. Taping them off was a PITA but it was well worth it. Zero issues with the blind spot monitoring system or cross-path detection. Pretty happy with the results, especially for the price (~$40).

For those wanting all of the LED lights on the front to truly be off when the headlight switch is in the off position, you can turn off the signature (accent) lighting using AlfaOBD. They will still function as parking lights when the headlights are on but will no longer come on with the...
That’s how I was turning them off while parked with the engine running, but it gets old engaging/disengaging the parking brake constantly. So now I’ve resorted to just turning them on through the radio when i want them on.
Is everyone else sure their DRL’s come on only when put into gear? My DRL’s stay on all the time when the engine is running, regardless of being in park or gear. I’ve tried every possible combination of relevant settings using AlfaOBD and nothing can get them to trigger only when put into gear...
Met up with a good friend of mine and checked out his ‘22 Laramie. This is his first RAM and he is absolutely loving it. He liked the look of the turn signal DRL’s on my ‘19 Laramie Sport so I configured his the same way using AlfaOBD.
If you plan on changing other BCM parameters in the future, I’d recommend using AlfaOBD. I used it to recalibrate the speedometer for LT275/65R20 Cooper AT3 XLT’s. My calculated circumference came out to 2672mm. The speedo reads spot on with GPS and causes no issues with the parking sensors.
I recently added the OEM bed lights to my ‘19 and activated them using AlfaOBD. The two wires you de-pin are just the stock wiring that would run to the bed lights if they were installed at the factory. I assume they dead end somewhere on models that are spec’d without the bed lights. During my...
If you’re familiar with AlfaOBD or the Tazer, you could use either of those to set the fog lights as the Daytime Running Lights so they could come on during the day with the light switch in the auto or off position.
After seeing this thread, I also bought a set of the Husky 58136 mud flaps off Amazon in “Used-Like New” condition. The set I received had some small scuffs from being previously installed, but all of the hardware was included and for only $33.93 I couldn’t complain too much. These fit great on...
I went with these pods based off their dimensions, and they fit nicely in the larger flat areas underneath the bed rails. I used these fasteners to tidy up and conceal the wiring. I ran the wiring towards the rear, and cut/spliced into the OEM bed light wiring for power and ground and...
Well I gave in to the temptation and added some LED’s underneath the bed rails, in addition to the OEM bed lights I added a week ago. Now I’m definitely satisfied with the light output.
