275/65R18 correct? I think a cheap tire like this should be good enough for the spare. Or should 255/70R18 be better fitment to go under the bed?

Honestly I don't know. I've never looked at my spare tire underneath. If my truck came with 22" wheels, I doubt my spare is 22" as well.
