Well that would certainly suck and make little sense from a business perspective. Why would the factory not focus on custom orders considering they are already contracted for sale?
It looks like Ram is brought back buyer incentives...
I ordered my fully loaded Laramie on 11/18 (build attached). As of today my build is still in D status, so the materials are there but has not started the build process.
I personally prefer the stock look of those wheels rather than the matte black, although on that truck it works and looks great. It ties in the rest of the de-chrome parts perfectly.
I custom ordered a Laramie night edition and my least favorite thing is the matte black wheels. I just don't...
I've been searching for a cab protector rack that I could mount a couple off roads lights to. I ordered a 1500 with Ramboxes, haven't received it yet so hopefully current owners can chime in.
Can the Mopar Cab Protector Rack be mounted to a bed with Ramboxes? The base looks pretty narrow, like...
You can contact Craig @ Koons: https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/craig-benner-is-back-as-contact.13261/
He gave me a quote for 8% off invoice on a custom build which equates to roughly 15% off MSRP, should apply to all 1500 trims. Additional discounts won't factor in until the truck is...
Excellent break down and thank you for sharing. You are my nomination for smart shopper of the year my friend. I actually paid up for gap coverage on my current truck based on my history of wrecking everything I ever owned and of course, 5 years later my truck is paid off and it's still in mint...
First of all congratulations! Now I'm just curious, was the $54,498 before the trade in, dest fee, tax/tags/proc fee? The 56k they are listing the Limited models for is the best price I have seen even w/o destination.
My fully loaded Laramie was:
MSRP: $70,995
Invoice: $65,252
I seen a similar Limited build that had a slightly lower invoice probably due a higher discount on the base figure.
You can check KBB to get an idea how much your current truck is worth.

If they are offering anything over $20k for your trade it sounds like a pretty good deal. Just make sure you are not getting fleeced on the new buy.
Same here! I called FCA Incentives a few weeks ago, they were very helpful but claimed to know nothing about the EOM 2020 Incentives on the 1500s. I doubt they would have know since they can only see what 'current incentives' are whereas a dealer may have some insider info on future ones. I...
You're confusing MSRP and invoice, they total up differently and invoice will be lower on the build sheet. The discount I was quoted was off invoice (approx 11k from the MSRP total), the final price will be that discount plus whatever incentives I can apply at time of delivery, then add in...
I think Craig is pretty firm at 8% off invoice. Can you refer us to a dealer that would go that high on a custom order? I just checked my quote, if I upped the invoice discount to 17%, that would bring total cost 24% off MSRP which I have yet to see on a fully loaded 2020 model.
I was wondering the same thing actually - I also have a 1% Affiliate discount and was going to wait until the end of the month to try and stack it with the Employee discount rumored to be offered for the 2020 models.
I ended up ordering through Craig Benner (Koons of Tyson's Corner) who quoted...
My company here in the US is part of the 'FCA Affiliate Rewards' which also uses a control number to bring along with you to a participating dealer. Per the reward description, "receive up to 1% below factory invoice when you purchase or lease a new U.S. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram or FIAT®...
It amuses me how dealers jack up the MSRP and then act like they are giving you a deal. $80k+ for that truck??? I guess for some throwing away money to give a truck extra off-roading capabilities for a vehicle which will never be used to go off-roading makes sense.
